Where this applies
Everywhere this project reaches: matches and lobbies on this site, the community Discord, and every field another player can read — your display name, your lobby names, your deck names and anything you type in chat.
Removed without a warning
These need no second chance, and will not get one.
- Harassment, slurs, or hatred aimed at someone for who they are.
- Sexual content involving minors, including sexualised depictions of characters written as children. The source material is full of children. This is not the place.
- Threats of violence, against anyone.
- Posting someone's personal information, or trying to work out who they are outside the game.
- Pretending to be another player, or to be the person who runs this project.
Warned first, then removed
- Exploiting a bug to win. Finding one is not the offence — this is a rules engine written by hand and it will have them. Using one on purpose, repeatedly, is. Report it instead; it will be fixed and you will have done the project a favour.
- Automation. Scripts, bots or macros playing on your behalf.
- Stalling. Sitting on the clock to make an opponent give up rather than because you are thinking.
- Spam. In chat, in lobby names, in deck names, anywhere repetition is being used to drown something out.
- Using a name field to say what the section above forbids. A deck name is a name, not a loophole.
About the cards and the art
This project hosts no official card images and no scans, and it is not a place to share them. Do not upload, link or ask for artwork you do not have the right to distribute. The card text the engine plays is game rules; the pictures are somebody else's property.
Reporting someone
Say what happened, roughly when, where it happened, and the Discord name of the person if you have it. A screenshot is worth more than a description. Reports are read by the person who runs the project and are not shared with the person reported, though what you describe may make it obvious who reported it — that is worth knowing before you send.
This copy of the site has no contact address configured, so there is no address to print here and no way for you to report someone from this page. That is a gap in the deployment, not a policy: if you are reading this on the live site, it is a bug, and the address belongs in this paragraph.
What happens next
One person reads the report and decides. The outcomes that exist are: nothing, a word with the person, deleting their account — which deletes their decks with it — and a ban from the community Discord. There is nothing else in the toolbox, and nothing is promised beyond that.
There is no appeals process, because there is nobody to appeal to. If you think a decision was wrong, reply and say why; it will be read by the same person who made it. That is the whole procedure, stated honestly rather than dressed up as one.
